About FC Premier

Founded in 1997 as Cypress Futbol Club, FC Premier has grown from just two teams and 30 players into one of Southern California’s premier youth soccer clubs, now serving 800+ players across more than 50 teams throughout Southern California. At FC Premier, our mission goes beyond developing talented soccer players — we are committed to developing outstanding individuals. Through the game, we teach discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship, helping young athletes grow into confident adults who contribute positively to their communities.

Our club has produced exceptional alumni, including U.S. Women’s National Team star Alex Morgan and professional player Kevin Venegas, reflecting the high standards and player development culture that define FC Premier.

While we strive for excellence on the field, we remain committed to preserving the joy, passion, and love for the game that makes soccer the world’s most popular sport.

FC Premier is proud to be a Coerver Partner Club, utilizing the globally recognized Coerver Coaching methodology. This program emphasizes ball mastery, technical skills, and player confidence as the foundation of development.

Through this partnership, our coaches and players commit to a training environment that promotes excellence, creativity, and a strong technical base, helping players reach their full potential while developing a true love for the game.

Core Values

The FCP Way – Our Club Culture

At FC Premier, our culture is defined by The FCP Way — a commitment to standards that shape not only the way we play, but the way we live. These six Core Values guide our players, coaches, and families every day on and off the field.

  1. Discipline — The foundation of success. We commit to doing the right things consistently in training, competition, school, and life.

  2. Servant Leadership — We lead by serving others. Great teammates put the team first and lift those around them.

  3. Positive Relentless Energy — We bring effort, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude every day, even when it’s difficult.

  4. Growth Mindset — We embrace challenges, learn from setbacks, and pursue continuous improvement.

  5. Excellence — We pursue the highest standards in everything we do, never settling for less than our best.

  6. Integrity — Character matters. We always choose to do what is right, even when no one is watching.

The FCP Way is more than words — it is the standard that defines our club and shapes the leaders we are developing for the future.

Core Mentality

At FC Premier, our Core Mentality defines the everyday habits that drive our culture and performance.

  1. Go the Extra Mile — Give more effort, preparation, and commitment than what is expected.

  2. Build Positive Relationships — Create trust, respect, and strong connections with teammates, coaches, and the community.

  3. Take Initiative — Be proactive, step up, and lead through action.

  4. Accept Responsibility — Own your actions, learn from mistakes, and always be accountable.

This mentality is how we bring The FCP Way to life every day. #THEFCPWAY
